I'm new to this site and just finding my way 'round.
    1. Have a copy of C.A.Marchaj "Aero-Hydrodynamics of Sailing" would like to sell, p'bly on Ebay. Pricing?
    2. Have a design from an old woodworking magazine for a plywood dory. Article states that any experienced builder can construct the boat from the tables of offsets and end deminsions shown inhe article. HELP. I do not understand lofting for boats or sails but I do have a 2-dimensional design background.

The Marchaj book is a good reference, you may want to keep it. I've seen them at swap meets and boat shows for under $20.

The dory design did say and "experienced builder", which means you should consider a different set of plans, preferably one with a set of building instructions and possably a living designer you can call and ask questions. Dory designs are everywhere and not very costly. Free plans often provide precisely what you've paid for them.
