I gotta disagree with you on this one. I have an Iranian dentist. It would be prejudicial to discriminate against him for being from Iran. Why would it not be prejudicial to discriminate against me for being a Florida Cracker? I know some northerners have discriminated against me just for my accent. One lady asked me if I was a foreigner. I laughed and told her only when I leave the USA. Canadians I speak with always think I am from Texas for some reason.

I like Florida. Here I can have friendships and acquaintanceships with people from all over the world, from Russia and Canada to South Africa, Australia and Argentina and most points in between, all without leaving Central Florida.

Me too. Thats why I spend several months in Fla alternating with same in Mexico, so averages out about half each year spent in each country.

The lower expenses in Mexico allow saving for the Florida time. Making Florida more comfortable, and more expensive. If I lived in Florida all the time, I'd have a much reduced life style all year long.

    Frosty,
You have well established your dislike of USA and americans. Your vituperous comments are justly ignored when We just consider the source

I had a French-Canadian girlfriend for a while; met her on the beach in Wildwood Crest, New Jersey and followed her home to Quebec. I didn't learn more than a few words of French (mostly because her English was so good), but I came away with a French accent anyway. Didn't even realize it, until I got back to California.

I'm not too slow when it comes to pick up languages. I just listen intently, watch faces and mouths, and ask questions. But emulating accents? Wife says I speak spanish with a southern US drawl. :D

Yeah, a Mexican girlfriend used to do an impression of me speaking Spanish with my CIO (California-Improved Okie) accent. Her friends loved it.

I think this can be found easily in the USA still.

There are plenty of places that have very cheap land for sale with no zoning and taxes about $100 for 50 acres.

I took a look at that stuff before deciding to continue with boats.

If you don't work, you don't have taxes. Farm as much as you can, use that land, put it to work and work only a few hours making money. The rest is achievable without much money and therefore no taxes.

That's not racism. That's disrespect for other human beings.

If they killed other white Americans, they probably would have done the same to them.

    Just a bad bunch.
