How can an American buy a CHEAP house in 3rd World?

Sounds like a great business move,is because the property in Mexico is a bargain? The house I live in is worth £135k,and is nowhere near what you have.Is it for permanent rent or holiday accomodation?

 

Since you're single valvebounce, maybe consider Mexico. Beautifull young senoritas like older men. My wife is always cautioning me some girl is giving me the eyes. You could easily end up married and rights to own property in Mexico. Don't know what your pension is, not my business. But you can hire full time employees for 1000 pesos a week. 14 pesos to 1 dollar.
Property prices are also very depressed in Mexico. I live close to the US border so I go shopping in Texas when I want american or european food.

We have the townhouses rented on 1 year leases @ 2500 pesos a month each. Not high rent but pays our utilities, taxes, food, gasoline, hairdresser for wife, and wages (100 pesos)of a woman comes once a week to clean house for my wife.
Doctors visit costs 200 pesos, about 15$ US

 

it's a dream , $30,000USD only can buy a 20 sq.m. room in China mid city

 

China isn't 3rd world! China probably needs to be considered FIRST world, as longest existing civilization. That would make europe SECOND WORLD, then americas and Australia THIRD WORLD, And the emerging nations now called third world would be FOURTH world.

I wasn't referring to chinas current problems. A big one is over population. I was referring to china's over 3000 year history. Maybe only the ruling class lived civilized back then and today. I don't know. You live there. You tell me.

 

Where is God? Everywhere. He does his work on the human heart and mind. Ideas have enormous power. And Gods ideas have the MOST power!

 

I agree. China was a technological superpower 2000 years ago when western culture was still throwing rocks.

My dad was a master printer with 69 years experience when he died at age 80. And one of his skills was as a linotype operator. The last 30 years of his life, he had a vanity publishing company. He had two linotype machines in his shop. My mom was a linotype operator. That's how they met. In a print shop.

Actually, the population in mainland China is around 1, 6 billion. At the last census, the Chinese Bureau of Statistics concluded that at least 20% of population was not counted.What because of the wast country and difficulties to reach every community, what because many families have 2 children and did not declare the second (and quite often even the third child).
