Do you have a specific question? Stress cracks, soft transom cores, etc. aren't "application specific". In other what works on on boat usually works on others, so the need to have worked on on your model is irrelevant. Pictures and specific questions will generate replies.

I just got a Tsunami and it needs a transom core. Have you made any progress on yours?

Awesome job! I saw those pics before and it sure looks like Hermco knows their stuff. Did you end up having any water-saturated foam issues? It looks like there's a tunnel running forward from the transom at the keel, how far forward does that go? I'm surprised that the stringers don't connect with the transom... I could ask you a million questions but I'll spare you! :D

What kind of performance numbers do you get with the 150's?

Hey, sorry I missed your reply, I didn't have email notify on.

The Tsunami I have is a 1983, hull # 11 I think. It came from the Ft. Pierce area but I think the original owner was on the west coast near Ft. Meyers. You can see it on this thread over at THT.

I plan to recore the transomn and stay with the 200 mercs hanging on it for a while. So far I have entirely de-rigged the boat and pulled out the fuel tank, which was badly corroded and will need to be replaced. They are foamed in there so tight that any leak would have been totally contained by the foam, but that's probably not a good thing!

So you have 2 Tsunami's now? I'm envious!
