    Hi Hoyt,
Please convey my thanks and appreciation for her "approval",

but I would love a buyer....

    Arrrr for a quick sale, 6 x 1kg bars of 9999 gold bullion & Au$10,000 in change will make it yours... - - still at Au$ 1,764.73/oz or 56,766/KG (US$1825/oz or 58689/KG)...
    - - - - CNO is listed at Au$375,000 - - - -
    - - - - (all costs to build, approximately Au$450,000) - - - -
    - - - - (6KG is approximately equal to 193 ounces troy) - - - -

    http://www.australiawide.com/list-b...e&ToDo=show_details&cate=Power_multi&de=96270 - “CNO” Australian ship #859805 http://www.amsa.gov.au/Shipping_Registration/List_of_Registered_Ships/Page_13.asp

The chamfers, panels joining the hulls to the bridge-deck can be clearly seen here in this front-on view... They have added massive reserve buoyancy, stop most under-bridge-deck "wave bumps" and add space inside for stairs into the hulls and wide aft berth with cavernous storage underneath...

Another shot, when the tide was out...

Can't get "hershey bars" here, so nothing doing, besides I prefer chocolate from Nestle, Cadbury, or Ferraro Rochere etc... - it is an acquired taste...

To each his own. I should own stock in Hershey. The ones you mentioned are all good and have been enjoyed by me on numerous occasions, as well.

I dont know where else to post this but I got a donggle stuck up my USB port. My analogue line has been a little slow of late so I bought a dongle thinghy for 25 dollars and a card for 1 dollar 50 cents (30 hours). I could have bought a 3g for 2 dollars but I didnt know what it was but it still went into into donggle hole.

Its a bit faster but hardly, ille have to get a 3 g next time -i believe I can get 4 g too.

Woooh listen to me --Mr fking hight tech talk *******.

I can cut the telephone line now and save 2 dollars per month service charges

hehehe, but I don't need to tell you where to find that (the hehehe) ??? - - 3Gig is enough to download a modest movie in compressed high definition... Access is VERY CHEAP for you... Au$49 for 5Gig via land-line per month... A dongle is very expensive and will only work with microsoft windows, as Telstra (********) do not believe in freedom to choose and Telstra, is effectively a monopoly in coastal or low traffic non-major-city regions (only because the 'gubmint' forced them to offer coverage)... The supposed "satellite access" for the boating fraternity, (who move about, or, do not permanently berth-up in a marina Au$900/month), is NON-existent, or Au5000 up front for the antenna and doubly more expensive for data...

To delete one of the double posts, click on the <edit> button in the bottom right of one of the post that you made, then click on the <delete> buttons that pop up in sequence - - after clicking in the first <delete> button on the bottom right, thence to bottom left, and finally the <confirm-delete> button on the bottom right, - - or something like that sequence... You will then be redirected to the first post in that thread if the delete was successful :D

Bloody noisy, very hazy (near-by bushlands back-burn and controlled-burns smoke), about 1000m offshore, but the boats seemed to relish the slightly roughed-up surface for some flat chat runs... I like Maritimo Racing boats...

We use Telstra 3G/NextG (3rd generation mobile telecommunications - not 3 gigabytes) dongles on all our Linux (Ubuntu) computers where we are, 50km downtrack from Darwin NT Australia, with no problems. Just plugged them in, and stepped through the guided configuration provided by the network connection manager application.

Ok computer guru's. My old 7 year compaq pressario 2200 is very slow and gets confused ( bit like me) . It wont open any PDF file --it just looks at it a while and then stops,--clicked all the read only stuff etc etc

I have a motorcycle manual on PDF file that it wont open, if I put the file on a stick and bung it in another computer the file opens no problem.

    Is my cumputer Knackered?

You need to download a "pdf reader' and install it - 'ADOBE PDF READER' in google should give you the link what is the operating system (I asume Microsoft Windows, but you need to know the version so that you select to download the correct version of Adobe reader...

If you are using Mozilla Firefox web browser, go to the Mozilla website as there may be a 'plug-in' that will allow you to read a pdf file from within the web-browser...

Or else get a new laptop/notebook - they are around $800 with a 15" high definition screen 4G ram, 500G of Hard-disk 4 or more USB ports (V3 is the latest version) a DVD burner, sound card and $100 for a Logitech set of 2.1 externally powered speakers... Have Linux Mint, 'full version', installed and you are ahead of the crowd with everything you will need and tonnes of free software for the non commercial user...

Samsung RV 413 --I think --is 12,900 baht (30 to the dollar) copy Linux and guranteed for life.

    800 dollars --your getting ripped.

Tesco had a promo last week for a different model Samsung in silver, 14 inch-- 8500 baht -- if you want to pay 500 you can get 3 D

It was complete with err,-- a wizbang do da, zillion gigowhatsits, and USB on all 4 corners and an attractive bag.

    Hi Frosty,

    No, "Taxed"...

But also, does the "Samsung RV 413" have separate video ram/drivers, the solid performance of an AMD quad CPU faster than 2 Ghz, the 4 GB of RAM, the 500GB HDD, the 15.4" HD 1080 screen, More than 4 USB-3 ports, a DVD burner, included sound output and external sterio-plug for the external speakers?

If you are happy with the Samsung - go for it... http://www.latestlaptopreviews.org/2011/09/samsung-rv413-s01th-laptops-evaluation-specs-and-cost it is at the very low end in CPU performance, minimal 1G RAM, and only 3 x usb2 ports (for mouse, printer, your-camera, and for "archival/backups/library-1-terrabyte-external-HDD", memory-sticks), satellite-modems and such...

How old was "the attractive bag", will your lady get jealous? Some of the new machines rely on broadband access as everything is done on the internet... Net drops out and you are history, so is all your data ... and possibly your identity...
