Can everybody design?

Exactly Tad my money making profession in life,( not building boats you say is as a project manager/building consultant in the private residential field specializing in renovations. I am often hired part time when needed and i would estimate 25% of the time i turn down working with someone elses mess and rightly so for anyone that doesn't want to be tarred and feathered by the work of in competent others. However it is good to know that the door is open to new and struggling people in the field to consult with qualified engineers. Basically that was the point I was hoping to make regarding "Can anyone Design". Yes to a point but the resorses are out there to help if needed.---Geo
