I've just got home after 4 fabulous days at the Australian Wooden Boat Festival, which was held here in Hobart, Tasmania.
The organisers did an exemplary job of catering for over 300 boats afloat and a further 500+ ashore, along with all manner of other boat-related exhibits.
Those who came were treated to the largest wooden boat spectacle in the souther hemisphere (perhaps the world?), under blue skies and still weather. There were exhibits and visitors from all over the world... for those who didn't make it, I urge you to pencil into your 2013 calendar....
