A little context would help. At the moment, we don't even have any assurances they're tools instead of works of art....

Where did they come from; what were they packaged or stored with; if they're shop tools what kind of a shop is it; etc.

if they are tools, they appear to me to be fixtures to hold parts in place

and the rounding and finish suggest parts that may be easily marked

    Which specific object?

Is there a prize, there's a bullnose plane, a "finger" plane, some kinda bits, a box of ?, a work bench & some timber things that look like "fairleads" or such that might get served onto the shrouds of an old style boat, which object are we wundering about? All the best in your quest for the answer from Jeff:D

I think the box is of Forstner bits. Par knows what the things are. The shop is of a cabinet maker.

Yes Forstner bits/drills are my impression too.
And the stuff are not tools. And never planing or sanding blocks. As mentioned, what are these SS pieces sticking out of the base? Why drilling a hole in the center of a sanding block? Why three different sizes? We need a small one and a long board for sanding, not three small ones.

Thudpucker might have the right explanation. Or the mentioned rod holder? Curtains? Spice shelve, curtains and a bookshelve?

No, sorry. Why would I have three different sizes of them, rounded edges, and fancy courves?

why to have 12 pieces on socket set. to have three chisel. to have three planes.

different parts must to have different tools.

how you say no when you not know self as to these tools are for. maybe when you make sure you then can say no.

I say no, because there has always to be a sense behind a tool. In this case there is some sense behind the central hole, and the rounded edges when it is NOT a tool (given that they are not finished to the same level).
But as a tool they would not need the rounded edges at least! There is just no sense.
The (almost obvious) fasteners? coming out of the base is another sign, of just being some sort of "outfitting".

And I have 12 chisels and 48 pieces of sockets bits.

Those stainless looking things are a Chuck bit, holding an Allen Wrench. The middle wrench looks like it's broken off.
Those carefully shaped wood pieces are just dropped down over the Chucks.

Im stumped! Never seed such in all my borned days!

I would also guess sanding blocks. they are for sanding inside a hollow, the sanding surface is the one facing the viewer, not the flat backside. The different sizes are for sanding inside different radius hollows.

The edges are rounded where you hold the side handles so you do not beat up the skin on your hands (every hold a sharp edge sanding block?). The center holes are so save weight, and perhaps give them an easy way to hang on a peg board.

These things stumped everyone in my small town BUT I didn't meet up with a cabinet maker.
I blew these things up and looked again here. Those aren't bits in there - they are like eye hooks with a handy hex wrench thru? Look at the back one of these and see threads sticking out of the flat side. Also, all three have whatever shiny metal in exactly the same part of the radius - towards the flat side. So, the eye bolt was inserted into the wood shapes. Why the hex wrenches other than to hold the eye bolts? They look fitted. What exactly ARE the things that look like eye hooks? Why three sizes not much different? Why does the small one not have radiused edges? What apparently broke the middle "eye hook" framus? It is a professional cabinet maker's shop bench - do these things hold some things on the wall? No, There are forces applied to them - the middle one is broken(?), the one in forefront has bent bolt.

mr. apex when to think only on limits then the possible becomes not seen. think possible. much more fun. mr petros tell you as to round edge. sometime just to break edge is good to hands. this one has router edge to more round. more comfort.

not all men know tool proof to all other men. one look to old man tool box can tell you much on how we do not know all.

    chisels in plastic box.

i think these 3 tool is not all complete. there is to be wonder here for tool purpose. curious to find answer now.
