ok so i imagine a fast-moving rocket not to large but much smaller than most boats pulling a sphere in which a person sits across the water
"rocket" could be like small craft with a jet engine or an actual missile or something :) but would be remotely controlled from inside the "bubble" where the person sits

sphere could be gyroscopic so as to help keep a person right side up

    comments or thoughts?

I have thought the same thing at first, but then I've realized that it probably cannot be him. Questor would never use a rocket for pulling the sphere, but some solar-powered (or hamster-powered) perpetuum-mobile towing submarine or similar.

    And why a missile?

im assuming it would be really fast even with the drag from the tow and water

Oh yes, a missile would probably make it become one very fast sphere, with a person screaming inside... You know, I'm thinking about those nasty little (or not so little) waves which usually are always there on the water surface. Have you also thought about them? ;)

The ball will bang and slam and kill the crew.

See if Questor will test pilot it with wardd as co-test pilot.

Geez you guys are a bunch of arseholes :D but I have to agree with you.

There may however be a good use for something like this. How about reserving it exclusively for politician transport.
