    And yah duct tape is the single most important invention in man kinds history (along with double sided duct tape ...)

    The 18' Freighter Canoe thread was the one where I asked why it was being called a canoe when all it is is a mediocretly designed boat. I didn't mean to interrupt the guys advertisment for business. My bad.

    Unnecessary, unfriendly and uncalled for. Boats that size and that shape are commonly known as freighter canoes in the areas where they're used, and by the folks who own and use them. Go argue semantics with your Webster's, and leave real people alone.

    I see nothing mediocre about the craft - either in its design, or in the execution of it. I enjoyed reading about it and seeing the pictures, and I don't mind if he wants to get in a plug or two about the molds that produced it.
