    goodwill? I doubt that!

    Goody baby,

    1) you go to jail when you install a Gardner in a new boat!
    2) quality (they have that in common with many products)
    3) of course not

simple, take an old old noncritical boat part and and incorporate it in the build and call it a restoration et voila, new used boat

Didnt know Gardener was out of business.

Isnt the hundestad similar to the granee. I heard that they were the first to develop the CPP.

What are the smallest engines granee and hundestad make.

I love Gardners.....but the hp on the largest 8L3 (24 litres) puts out 220-240 hp.
    IIRC

    Apex calls for 600hp

    Nothing is wrong with Gardners.

But they dont exist for us boatyards. The company went out of business ages ago.
We are not permitted to install used engines in new boats.

And of course, thanks West, the power range is not what I am talking.

Then was clearly stated that we donĀ“t discuss brands or specific engines on the passagemaker thread, i just named examples!

Therefore the entire post was at least superfluous, if not dumb.
