I am actually on a 18mtr. Trawler where that **** is installed. I looks like cheap carpet, comes off in several places (it shrinks under the sun) and has to be removed on the entire boat.
It will be replaced by teak or black locust (the latter being my personal favourite).

I´ll try to take some pictures tomorrow.

    Regards
    Richard

Which Teak brand name are you talking about? Can you specify the brand name you have installed on your trawler?

Name the brand you have installed and from where you bought it if you have nothing to hide.... Or do you have a hidden agenda?

    Are you interested in a
pissing contest? Or satisfied when I destroy your favourites reputation?

Is your ability to read in context with your ability to accept facts?

    Plain answers are fine.......

@apex1 - As I suspected - you have a hidden agenda to throw mud at other products so that your product will look better in peoples eyes. Name the product you said that you have installed and give us proof of purchase - otherwise you are Just Lying. Oh, by the way - My lawyers are eagerly waiting for your post.

You idiot - his product is trees and there is no grounds for a suit if he thinks a product is ****. I wish I knew the product and I wudn't be so generous. For you to imply that he has an agenda, you are the one open to a suit, if anyone. YOU are obviously the one with an agenda! Send lawyers - I eat the F'ers.
Richard, I am very curious about the locust and will research further. How exciting to know an alternative to teak (which I love). There is yet no substitute for wood!

Apex1 implied that the he had installed the product I suggested and that the product was not good - read his postings. As he does nit want to mention the brand name or proof of purchase, he is not telling the truth. That is all. One must be responsible before posting and provide proof or otherwise let be. This is an issue of principle and truth and nothing more.

It was never my intension to go this way. It turned out this way because someone posted comments and statements which are unfounded.

He could let be to post his comments or simply excuse himself and cancel the post. That would have been the end of it.

So then, how did it turn the way no one enjoys?

You have posted a link to recommend a product which I call at least insufficient. (I said cr@p)

Then you ask me which product I mean....................
.....that is mad. I do not reply on insane posts. And I give a **** on your lawyers.

The boat in question was not built by me, therefore the dumb, insulting insinuation, I would promote "MY" product was a failure.

The product YOU wanted to promote was a failure too! And the post in question cleverly removed, to make my reply look bad.

So, the one to excuse or remove his rubbish is you, not me.

    Define the Product

But why carry this crap on and on. It a simple request. DEFINE what product you are both talking about, so at least everyone can tell you are both talking about the same product or not.

    No Brian, sorry.

When one promotes a product and provides a link to exactly that product, then gets a opinion or experience referring to it, how can he ask about what product one is talking?

The promotion did not receive the warm welcome this dumb nickle expected, so he started a fight (and removed the link to his stuff).

I do not mention that material, nor do I post the link. (the link in the quote above was manipulated by me)
