What puzzles me is why is gp333 having a sail yacht built at all if he has no idea what his systems equipment list is or wish list could be. Anyone building a 60fter has been there and knows whats needed.

Sounds like he's a wannabe putting a package together for some other mug to make a buck...

 

I think you have all missed GP333's point.

GP333 Correct me if I am wrong, but you want someone with some experience to have a quick chat (or email) off the record on what would be the best equipment for a 60 footer so you can go in to a meeting with the right people and have an understanding of what would be the best way to go. Eg, harken winches over Lewmar, or B&G over Simrad for instruments.
