Hey all. Names Sab. I'm here to learn about building a boat. I'm interested in a glass over wood and figured this would be a great place to start. I've been reading and "lurking" for a while so I decided to jump in and say "Hey". You folks certainly seem knowledgable. Thanks

Most of us, me especially, just make it up as we go along.

Making it up as you go along is, of course, much easier when you've (seen / been told about / attempted) three dozen different wrong ways of doing it.

Welcome aboard, Sab, I'm sure you'll find this a useful hangout, and certainly among the more civilized corners of the 'Net :)

    Hey Sab,

I am in the same position having joined this site a little over an hour ago. Maybe if we follow each other's threads, we can ask dumb questions as if we are speaking a second language and they will think we are smart.
