K9 - ts, ts, what is this suspicious and persistent interest in calumny - commercial? - :?: - nothing illeagal about registered private subs - not in colombia - not in US - not elsewhere - please read the respective law (check on unregistered and unflagged) - get a clear picture - if you have problems to understand ask an expert - do not repeat twisted third party **** posts and interpretations... check the original info source...

troy2000 - defending a good and honest business and name may be a motive ;)

I started reading this thread with real interest in submarine innovation. I leave this thread with a bad taste that comes of not getting my questions answered, though I thought them to be reasonable questions. Lack of forthright answers and an abundance of smart-a$$ repititious remarks makes me think the answer is either lacking or would show object of thread in bad light. Therefore I look elsewhere to augment my knowledge base. Ciao.

No I dont do commercials. I work at sea, thus the title 1600 T Master Mariner.

Previous I was 6 years in the US Coast Guard doing Law Enforcement.

I think you are exactly what you appear.

So if you have that closeness to law enforcement and coast guard - why do you make misleading statements on this forum?

Does this mean i should expect gun happy coast guard officials when doing my hand over trip to california ? shooting first and proving nothing? - owning a odd looking boat as crime? - my goodness has anybody lost the capacity for reasoning?

Im not missleading you. I CALLED the DHS and the Embassy in Columbia.

Im also going to suggest to all my countrymen here that have ongoing concerns about your little project to also give them a call.

If your not doing anything wrong youve got nothing to fear.

You certainly dont have to convince me. Ive made up my mind. Its the guys in the uniforms that your going to have to convince now.

Kay9 - you are not misleading me - i know what is shittalk - you mislead the forum in saying owning a private sub is illegal - it is not - and you should know that better. - given your history you probably know it better - so why do you say untrue things on this forum...greetings to the guys at the embassy they should know our project since quite a time now.

Sure i have`nt Mr. Kay9 (what is your real name ?) - - i see from your profile you are "ship captain" - i hope your ship is not "deeploaded" because that is equally illegal (when unflagged) as a sub.

I'm willing to bet that if this forum's admin checked their IP addresses, we'd find that Wellmer and 'Heki' are posting from the same computer.

My Ship flies a US flag.
    My Load line is Plemsol.
My name is none of your buisness. ( Im not selling illeagle pleasure subs with windows that look up at the US Coast Guard cutter not the Pretty Reef fishes )
Everyone here has called you on this time and again for the past year.
I watch this same thing happen at Psub.com also with you.

I was happy to just sit back and listen to you spout your crap untill I found you were reposting edited material from this site to a forum board you controll, in an effort to make you look legitimate. Its at that point I decided I had enough of your stupidity and called DHS and your Embassy.

But you know your probably correct about not having any worries. Because your sub is so POORLY built and designed that I doubt even a bankrupt drug runner would be intrested in it.

The opinions expressed here are my own. Your opinion may vary. However even your pictures that you are soo PROUD of show just how poorly this whole idea of yours is concieved.

So again. Enjoy your time in the limelight. And remember none at your embassy or DHS here in the US is taking my word for the fact that you have built an Illeagle cement 200 ton simi-submirsible with no engine and no drive. They are taking YOUR word for it off of YOUR website www.concretesubmarine.com
