    Thats great

Thats great footage as well- I wonder if that could be accomplished with a Lister 16/2 clone? but about 50% bigger everywhere! Did you notice they were all steel construction! Thats my kind of style, just really need more above the waterline.

    Would be interesting,but I'm sure the 16/2 (16hp) weighs about 1600 pounds,with 600+ of that being flywheels.

I dont think a little boat bobbing about with those flywheels would be a good thing.

With a passenger, it might be a submarine?

Does not look safe to me!

These nifty little boats pushed around larger barges in the flatlands in the Netherlands. Not too much chop, so no real problems with freeboard.

Many of them have been scrapped, but some are still used by enthousiasts, and boy scouts, who use them to drag their sailboats from place to place.

I cannot find a point here where you had been misinformed. Have´nt seen a designer or NA replying here so far, nor did I notice ******* around. Maybe it´ll get better when you stop drinking for a while?

To the question of expertise; your last question Mr. Walker shows a lack of that too! Would you have asked for sales BELOW a given figure (say 2 mio $), you might ave got the reply expected, but the market above is still alive (as allways in a crisis). I have sold "anything" above 20K$, one gearbox on a new order was above that price, the boat will have two of them and a surrounding structure with electric lighting!

    Regards
    Richard

See what I mean! A steel boat can take anything! It did not sink! Granted, the dummy fell off the boat, but show me a fiber plastic anything that could take that!

I watched the video, saw the water covering the stern of the thing and nearly making it over the bow,in very minor chop.
Take it out in some waves and see what happens.
Be sure to wear a lifejacket and have a chase boat.

What did you expect-hundreds of weeping confessions of admiration?

Please tell us what will sell.

You like it,good for you..now get on google and find some plans.

    BTW,have a broker friend-he's doing well

I agree, looked like a friggen death trap to me.

Just like if I got my 11.5 foot tender and strapped a 200hp outboard on the back

    And here they are

I do not like the tone of both newinertia and apex1, and will flag this thread for a moderator.

Discussion is always good, people can have different meanings (and stick to that) but from the way you are "discussing" no-one gains. Especcially not the reader. I suggest you continue your discussions over private message or Email.

Herman, step away from the bottle. Synapseinertia is obviously a kook but Apex didn't do anything wrong!
Flagging for moderator...I've got some threads for you to consider...
