looking for tribon tutorials

    I have started learning tribon, can any one pronide me basic design tutorial kind of thing.

    You can contact with them for purpose of training.
    And to learn Tribon.. big job.. must need training. In india AFA i know , there is also some local tribon training centre.

    can u tell how i can import maxsurf design file to tribon and then do hydrostatic calculations and surface create?

    Before you must create surface in "Surface & Compartment". There is import file (. SAT). I did it from Rhino. But be careful Tribon work badly with imported file. if you create surface in "Lines" or "Surface & Compartment" it be better.

    Hi,
    I need to devide the ship design in tribon into small section and find the sectional area of each one, and use it to find the added mass, can any one help with the tibon part.
    I have got the basis ship design in tribon

    i'm a student and learnig tribon initial design_form recently.but i don't know the actual meaning and use of curves given there.these curves definitions r
    given below:

    a.half siding curve

    b.tangent curve

    c.ecentricity curve

    d.virtual stern

    e.vitual tangent curve

    f.phantom stern

    surface and compartment doubt

    how to trim a surface in surface and compartment module which is projecting out of the hull

    yea,it would be great to use tribon after maxsurf,howover,it will be hard to find a setup for me.

    you know that it's illegal to use such "free" software, right ? :)
    I mean that it's not appropriate to discuss this topic here. And this is not the place where you will find "download link" :) No offense ;)
