been trying source Kobe Steel al al plate in China, I cant even get a line to Kobe by tel in Kobe itself
nearest I can get is Soon Lian in Singapore at over 7000 US tonne fob SHANGHAI, anybody have links to DNV plate,. wide, in China thanks

Then you have not used the link correctly. It displays all the mills around the world which are DNV approved. It shows i think 5 in China one in Taiwan.
As always, don't jump to conclusions just because you cannot find or understand it immediately. Everything is there, you just have to look...

Jumped to the wrong conclusion, rather than trying to understand what was a simple helpful link, if you bothered to enquiry, or simply come back and say "I don't know how to use the link you provided". But, no, that is nor your MO. Because doing so, leave some with the impression that you cannot read or comprehend a simple website with simple "click here" buttons. To help/assist someone, one provides the means to learn and help themselves, giving a one line answer does not.
