colinhilton: Universal Template for Catamaran Centre-Section

Template suitable for stock sheets of pre-laminated XPS backer board. It requires the width of end-caps to match that of the sides, given which the width of the four-sided box spanning the length of the section can be adjusted. For open boxes with a separate lid or accommodation for an operator, the four panels at right can be reduced to three viz. left, right and underside. Where not required to support adhesives, edges should be primed with water based undercoat prior to application of polyester resins or spray-paints, as they dissolve polystyrene foam sheet.
