MikeStrasbaugh: SSUS2 Wheelhouse

The wheelhouse has similar navigational equipment such as that on the original SS UNITED STATES (1952). Modern radar and other safety equipment are in the bridge, but the ship still utilizes telegraphs, Helms, and, of course, a binnacle. During tours, the helms can be "disabled" as well as the telegraphs and controlled from the area aft of the equipment so passengers can "steer" and "change the speed" of the liner without actually affecting the course or speed of the ship itself
