colinhilton: Revised Pattern for Catamaran Centre-Section

In an effort to utilise the entire laminated sheet of foam, its division into seven principle panels instead of using six of eight as previous ~ and in view of a recent flotation test. The seventh strip is divided in two and mounted between the legs supporting each pontoon, beneath the original waterline where they add two kilos or 4.50lb of extra buoyancy. The laths they are mounted on are now surplus to requirements as the foam provide a sufficient shear-web and purchase for the skis by adhesion, reinforced by driving kebab-skewers through the legs and foam. As the latter retails at upto 4' by 8', 16- and 32-builds should require few alterations to either method or means.
