colinhilton: Multi-Modal Means of Deployment

Draft outline of the work-in-progress. Flying taxis attract much of the current investment in electrified means of transport and have evolved along two principal lines viz. those with static lift fans and fixed cruise propellers and those with a combination of fixed and vectoring power-units. The catamaran here provides for a means to use as few as four power-units, by which it could be expected to operate in two different ways in water and two in air.
