It is the real thing one of three actually for Mirabella V. I found the photo on their website

Just talked to someone who sailed Mirabella across the Atlantic. They just motor around, the sails don't get used. The owner takes out special insurance to go sailing, and that almost never happens.

In other words: it looks like it scales poorly, and it turns out that is the case.
