Nohona Mau: Hull Extension-2

Mold made from MDF wrap around the existing hull to form an extended section "sugar scoop" on the hull. Glass layhou with epoxy resin across old transom with added 1/2" plywood bulkhead installed across original transom and laminated between layup layers. Carriage bolts ran thru to mechanically bond, and glass over-lap applied to the external bond to secure and fare the exterior.
