Red Duck: Unknown vessel

I need help identifying this vessel. She is approximately 22 feet in length. The previous owner stated that she thought it was a 1930s Philip Rhodes design, but I'm not so sure.

      Length? Beam? Draught?

      Those are the basics we'll need to help. It looks as though the house COULD have been a later addition, but on something that looks fairly small it could be original.

      @SailDesign Blanchard Boat Works in Seattle built a popular one design that has a strong resemblance to this boat. Can't say for sure.
