Looks good. Though wouldn't a bit more roof shade aft be nice? A foot or two extra seems like it wouldn't cost you that much open deck to fish from.
It will probably get an "at-anchor" bimini at some point. Not planning on fishing from this thing - more picnic boat and weekender than fishing. Not impossible, but not the Main Idea. Likewise, sitting in the sun is closer to the main idea. With a bimini you can adjust as needed.
