Hidden anchors are uncommon but nothing new... a number of superyachts incorporate them, but they have very complex systems to ensure that they come up properly
To qualify as access to bow deck, they need certain width of side deck and some grab rails... But seems they do not waste time reading ISO standards Will, for anchor they need either a tender or a swimmer They can't physically see the anchor from the deck.
