We've been told "Don't stand in the boat!" -Isn't it about time we could stand up, jump and rock in a small, human powered boat?

      Ice, is that wavewalk with or without extra flotation?

      Extra floatation is for situations where you're probably going to capsize (EG surfing), which isn't the case when you just do this aerobic (hydrobic?) stuff on flat water .
