this boat is used for a fishing boat so theres not alot of room in the bilge for wet exhaust

i have recently repowered my boat from a 4-71gm 120 hp with a allison transmission to a 3056 caterpillar 205hp @2500 RPM and twin disc gears...
just bought a new 3056 are there any issues with this engine.
