The smoke could be from the water injected in the exhaust manifold....for cooling....it should have that...also check the oil...make sure its not...

In-Mould Gel coat graphics if not has , is becoming a lost art! And it is also more of a 2d paint scheme. Its hard to do the newer looking shadows...

You can use a closed loop setup but you need good airflow. I have used that setup in a jetboat before and it seems to work well. How big is your boat?
