when u export from rhino as igs format, you can change the correct axis to maxsurf format. or rotate the model in rhino to match with maxsurf...
it seems you have use trimmed surface in rhino, maxsurf cant reproduce trimmed surface from rhino. avoid trimming surface in rhino.

can be correct .. check with some reference vessel. power will be increase more if u decrease the efficiency in hullspeed.
You can use holtrop method if ur ship do not have any hard chine. if its planning type then use Savitsky method.
