Boat 34 being hoisted for new screws and shafts, after trip to Tay Ninh, via the 'Parrot's Beak'........tough on both screws and crews. Despite being ridiculed as an "over weight pig" by one professional boat designer, a close look at this boat's bottom reveals a work horse JUST tough enough. I cannot imagine anyone suggesting this design was built too heavily, let alone a professional boat designer.
