Excellent photo but what are you doing? Is this a mold of some kind. Are you not worried about the fairness of the surface? I'm curious, please explain. / N

Nojjan,

Yes, this is just the creation of the mold. The last picture or two are just rough fitting 1/2" plywood. After they have been fitted as well as possible, they will be attached to the very precisely created metal structure of the mold with about 3500 fasteners. Then, finally, we'll begin the process of filling every crack and crevass with filler and faring the surface until ready to be sprayed with dark grey glass.
