Look ...in the after in the middle part there is no volume...only at side and not on line with the central hull...

more stability while steering at high speed (higher moment of inertia)

more width at transom permitting to install 3/4 outboard engines

less wetted surface (less resistance)

higher water velocity at propeller because the lack of volume after (better propeller working conditions)

Very interesting RO - so effectively you have a tri with the ama's set aft of the centre hull....

I've seen something similar elsewhere....but just can't think of it at the moment
