I shall try to write easier in my computer-english.
The vessel has come on repair. From his rudder there was only upper third.
I had to decide a problem, as at a minimum of the information, with which I possessed,
To supply "my" firm with all necessary documentation for manufacturing a new rudder.
The job for four days has sufficed me. Three days - model and templates for are bending of the shell plating, one day - support for assembling.
Further - as it is usual: parts profiles -> dxf-files -> cnc-program for machine cutting.
Dimension of a rudder - height = 6400 mm, length of upper chord = 4575 mm.
The moulds, rider bands and "top" patrs of the shell plating on a picture are not exhibited.
Job we have executed in time and qualitatively. That and all of you I wish.

Hi Dim,

I have a question for you. What middle

productivity you have in hour/tones in hull design work for a prototipe production project and for a serial production for a ship like trawler?
