Comfortable big space and travellable long stay all-in motoryacht. What is the spec? Have you a better view of the lay out ?

What is its original design for?

Thanks

Runedance was an Industrial Design graduation project I made in 2003.

You can see relevant pictures at:

http://www.boatdesign.net/gallery/sh...00&ppuser=1373

The concept:

Runedance is a refit/conversion project from a tugboat currently in use, 25m LOA, Dogancay series from Sanmar corp. You can see their website at: http://www.sanmar.com.tr

It is designed as a long range explorer/trawler hybrid. The tugboat hull delivers stability and a really wide beam, so even it's a walkthrough boat, the main deck accomodations have large spaces.

Basically I kept the hull and redesigned the superstructure. Altough it has a weird styling, and a hull which is not that suitable for long range travelling and yachting, it was my first project into yacht design. It has many bugs and weak points actually. However, this project has landed me into a yacht design studio, in which I'm working happily for 3 years now.

Thanks for the comments
