Part of the O-1 spec was for a guiet life. This cut-away shows how the O/B drops into an insulated tunnel with an isulated box over the top and the seat box on the top of that, all floating mounts for vibration insulation. The engine is unmodified. Sorry did not get around to drawing the prop!
