How much will this complete drawing and calculation cost? U are using steel ,aluminium or wood as material? This design look a lot like Mhakam cargo long boat.

Hello Wellydeckhand,

This project was started a long time ago. Initial this project has financial suport form a boatbuilder from Romania. The contract was broken in the middle of project. I continued the project to finished the design of this houseboat, but the detail plans are still not finished. The materials for this project are steel and aluminiul. (hull-steel, above deck-aluminium). The initial contract for this project was estimate around of 8700 euro without calculation sheets (stability, etc...). This cost incuded just general arrangement, typical structure sections, general arrangements of outfitings, etc, in some words tehnical project not detail design.

After this stage the boatbuilder can request calculation sheets and detailed design but with a new design contract and a new cost.

I don't know Mhakam cargo long boat and I never see this design.
