Nice Boat design, deep V, welded alum, stand up cabin. Question - "Why extend the center of the hull for the outboard bracket?" "Why not extend the entire hull?" The reason I ask is that I am considering taking off the troublesome OMC Seadrive on my welded alum 19 boat and modifying the boat to take a standard outboard. My designs are similar to this except for extending the entire hull rearward about 30".
