LindaR50: What is this boat?

My husband purchased this boat as a Glastron, however, the registration and the name on the boat says it is a Glasspar. I have tried to check the numbers on the plaque don't show anything on this boat. Can someone tell me if it is a Glasspar or Glastron. Supposedly 1975. Thanks
