all floors and steel framing were taken off . original galvanised fastenings caused rot areas above LWL.
routered- off all rot ; epoxy-plugged the holes.all galvansed fastenings were replaced by bronze
The five galvanised ring frames were replaced by epoxy&wood laminated .
