Kiwifinn: Fernie 21 by Artnautica Yacht Design

Fernie 21 is a light weight planing hull with maximum waterline length. Powered by a 60hp Yamaha fourstroke we achieved 29 knots with four people onboard on the first outing. She slips onto the plane with no fuss, rides comfortably, corners well and is dry. I will work towards getting the design into cutfiles for plywood construction. The proto has a plywood bottom and foam core top sides and decks.
