With its beam of 2.50 meter and a low weight for its size it should be still trailerable. Importend for me was a clean joint between the two shelfs of the boat.

I like the design too. My only recommendation is that you look at adding a toilet to the center consul. There is a kind that is like a trap door that you step down into backwards and sit in as you close the door. Head room is limited and you can't stand up in it. I've seen pictures of them on boats not much larger than yours.
