way way back i wrote the bbc and j. clarckson on retroreflecting self illuminating licence plate stickers

3M usa has that sticker material that can illuminate but only got some blabla reply

but better still the dutch government reply'd one can not dril holes in stickers like in alu plates

didnt press for a patent on applicability and glad i didnt couse it would be expired by now

have a 10 for finding this stuff to you blared, does shake me awake a bit ;-)

calculated 100 million euro cars at 1 cent a new plate is still a milion, plus as many happy drivers
