This is a concept design I did for Boating NZ magazine's "Dream Fleet" article where a bunch of NZ designers had a go at projecting their toughts 25 years into the future. While I specified all electric drive (perhaps a bit optimistically) and construction using additive manufacturing the design could well be built today from alloy or composite.

That's a big boat, I would try to squeeze two more beds out of it.

Hi and thanks for your comments. I was thinking more along the lines of an apartment than a boat with this layout. If my home only had 40m2 I would not use too much for a guest room. You are right though, the market would probably want to see at least two more bunks in there.
