At my first look at this I thought it was some kind of child scetch. Looking at the PSF values changed my mind.
Eureka! actually it looks like possible work. Nice! Even if my meassure language is metric. Anyway the ansi sys works but I am a lot behind with the values as I have to convert them before they makes any sense fo me.

My diagram above, is one of my first design arrangements that was part of the process that led to my improved design shown at this webpage below.

In this design diagram on this page, notice that I only have one rigid skirt on the front end.
One problem with the one rigid skirt on the front, is that it partially acts like a plough, instead of riding over the water easily, because of the air pressure pushing down on it. This is not immediately obvious to people not familiar with hovercraft.
It was with the help of several contributors on this boat design forum, that helped me understand the problems and operational characteristics of hovercraft, which helped me further my design process. I could not have progressed without their assistance.
