i like the looks but this is not your first model in max, maybe first boat model? max is good but not the best program to draw boats with, did you loft this drawing in max? better do hull in freeship and export to max. let us see it again as you go along. the hulldesign i find interesting but most altered shapes are not hydro and sit in the air, a little explanation would be good, i see steps but little deadrise, than looking again it could be just right..
