From the original brochure, by Redline Marine.

The Red Line was designed by Yves Tanton as an honest performance cruising boat with the primary criteria being maximum comfort in a minimum sized boat used for short handed cruising and living aboard. The boat is offered in either steel or aluminum, with a cat ketch, cat sloop, or sloop rig. Multi chine construction is available at this time. Draft can be 4'10", 5'6" or 6'0". Masts can be either aluminum or carbon fiber. Sails can be fully battened or conventional. Booms may be conventional or wishbone. The underbody has a foil shaped keel and rudder with skeg. The rudder is transom hung for ease of maintenance, simplicity of a tiller and good steering control.
