Is this the Rasco jet-ski?



I watched James Bond last night - you know the one where he drives the lotus under water - this would have fitted in well with the aqua mobiles in that movie.

A boat for skiers and divers?



Perhaps a ferry/landing craft - would have to have a waterjet to back up with.



I's very nice what ever it's function is. Perhps it's just supposed to look cool - and it is.

Nice design, but I see that the side windows around the passenger zone are twisted inwards. And since the handrails are protruding inwards too, that choice will steal a lots of useful space.
