Here in Oz, we steer out cars from the starboard side!!

I'd be a little worried about how uninterrupted the view might be from an inside helm....

If that were mine - and it sure as @#$% won't be - I would want a sunken sitting lounge on the bow where I could go bald at whatever proposed speeds this should run - also more of a swim grid and some 'garages' for water toys - aside from that - very sexy...
